The Canadian Hematology Consensus Group (CHCG) is an independent collaboration of Canadian hematologists and other healthcare professionals dedicated to improving patient care through the development of national consensus recommendations in hematology.
The CHCG Scientific Committee is composed of experts from across Canada with extensive experience in the management of hematologic malignancies. Through structured literature review and expert consensus, the group develops evidence-informed recommendations to guide the management of hematologic cancers, including lymphoid malignancies.
Consensus recommendations developed by the CHCG are endorsed by the Canadian Hematology Society (CHS), ensuring that these publications reflect the expertise and perspectives of clinicians involved in the care of patients with hematologic malignancies across Canada.
IMPACT Medicom Inc. provides project management, editorial support, and coordination of consensus activities. While the Program Office supports the development process, all scientific content and final recommendations are developed and approved by the CHCG Scientific Committee.
The goal of the CHCG is to produce timely, high-quality consensus recommendations that support best practices and informed clinical decision-making in the treatment of hematologic malignancies in Canada.
